Refund & Cancellation

Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, you have 24 hours from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hawegofoods.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
