1. Ordering and Payment

2. Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, our team will dispatch the items to your address within 5-7 working days. We appreciate your patience during this period. If the items are available in our fresh batch, we will strive to dispatch them within 1-2 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
3. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Exceptions
